SJC Ruling Places Ball in Legislature's Court
The SJC ruled today that the amendment to strip gays and lesbians of their right to marry can go forward. This ruling comes as no surprise. The case did not have much of a chance. One good thing about this ruling is that it clearly places the ball in the legislature's court. Our representatives now have to stand up and do the right thing. They must kill this discriminatory amendment any way legally possible. Contact your legislators TODAY!
